To join our email mailing list, a Google Account is needed. However, without a Google Account, we may be able to sign you up on request by email, although we will be unable to do this at all times. Creating a Google Account and following the steps below serves to reduce our workload.

To join our email mailing list, there are some steps to follow :

(a) create a Google Account if you do not have one. Information is available online on how to do this.
(b) at Hertsrail messages (opens in new window or tab) sign in to your Google Account. You may then need to click on your browser Reload or Refresh button.
(c) click on Join Group, for Subscription select Every new message
(d) no confirmation email is sent. To confirm you are subscribed, in the left hand column, click on My membership settings. This will show the email address for your Google Account. This is the email address that is subscribed. For Subscription ensure you have selected Each email
(e) Clicking on "My groups", hertsrail is included in the list.
(f) There are reports of this procedure failing. In this case, contact us by email and we will sign you up. We would be interested to receive information that may be relevant, e.g. browser, operating system.

If you represent an organisation, do contact us and let us know.

Once you have signed up and ensured you have selected Each email, we will send you our newsletters.
